These career interruptions often create structural barriers to re-entry, such as skill depreciation concerns, limited access to flexible work arrangements, and hiring biases. As a result, a significant pool of capable and educated talent remains underutilized in the labour market.
ImpaVion seeks to address this gap by supporting individuals re-entering or rebuilding their professional careers through flexible and meaningful work opportunities, while enabling organizations to better leverage diverse and underutilized talent.
